Natalie Smith earns City & Guilds in Leadership & Team Skills
We are delighted to announce that our Credit Controller Natalie Smith has achieved a Level 2 City & Guilds Award in Leadership & Team Skills via the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
Natalie expressed her interest in furthering her career with Keeley Travis in a management role and we were more than happy to put her through this course to help her achieve her goals.
The course, which usually takes six months, involved five modules, four Zoom sessions and two assignments, all of which Natalie completed in just four months to earn her award.
“I could have started with a Level 3 or even Level 4 but I wanted to ensure I had a proper grounding so opted for the Level 2,” says Natalie. “I really enjoyed it and feel like I got a lot out of it. I look forward to doing the next few levels and growing in to a management position over the coming months and years.”
Speaking for us, director John Keeley said:
“Natalie worked really hard on this City & Guilds and we are all immensely proud of her. She has already proven to be a superb asset to the business, keen to take on more and more responsibility, and this award will only enhance her value.”
