2022 Wrap Up
We’ve seen some big changes in 2022 – both internally and externally.
While the office products industry is, we are sad to say, in overall decline as technology takes over, we have nevertheless continued to enjoy growth in this area, adding a lot of new customers in the last 12 months.
Our focus has been on providing the best in customer support and pricing, both of which we feel we have achieved by supporting our staff and working very closely with our suppliers. It’s something we hope you recognise too.
Alongside stationery, office copiers and managed print services has long been a foundation of our business and here too we’ve developed the business.
We supply only the best in terms of hardware through our partnerships with Konica Minolta and Canon (for large format printers), ensuring our customers get the right machine for the print volumes and tasks they carry out.
At the same time, we are contantly improving our service, not least with the introduction of our new ticketing system which ensures any faults are dealt with in record time and you are kept informed every step of the way.
And we keep ongoing costs low with our print management software – which can also help you keep your printing environmentally neutral. This is something we’re extremely proud to offer and something we see as a genuine added benefit of choosing Keeley Travis.
But we’re not a company that likes to rest on our laurels. So while our office products, managed print and business mobile services are solid, the introduction of document management software to our portfolio has really taken Keeley Travis to a new level.
Achieving DocuWare Gold Partner status at the start of the year was a real boost and it’s gone from strength to strength.
We’ve rolled out document management and workflow automation solutions to children’s nurseries, training businesses, haulage companies, engineering companies, a construction company, a bakery and a school!
DocuWare has helped each and every one of them reduce paper usage, speed up internal processes and simplify document storage and retrieval across a wide range of business areas, including invoice processing, fleet management, HR, child records, inventory control and purchasing.
We’ve invested significantly in-house, putting several of our sales team through DocuWare training and , of course, I am the in-house DocuWare System Consultant, on hand to advise and develop bespoke systems.
What both directors Paul and John are most pleased about as we come to the end of 2022 is how many of our customers take two or more services from us. Many of the new DocuWare customers have also taken our managed print services, for example, as they recognise the need for a multifunction printer to work hand in hand with DocuWare.
Several of our business mobile customers have also invested in our VOIP and leased line phone services and almost all our customers, new and old, have purchased office products through us.
We strongly believe that consolidating your business services with one supplier is the way to greater savings and better service – and it’s fantastic to see many of you agree.
The whole of Keeley Travis wishes you a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We’ll see you in 2023.
